Hillary Clinton is in Kim Kardashian's corner.
Speaking to Extra's AJ Calloway Wednesday, the presidential hopeful shared her concern over Kim's recent robbery in Paris. "I felt really bad for her. Oh, I did. She's back now, right?" she asked. After being informed that the E! reality star was indeed safe and in New York City with Kanye West, Hillary praised the rapper for rushing to Kim's aid in her time of need. "And her husband...he was in the middle of the concert and he ran offstage," she said. "Bless his heart."
"It's horrible," Hillary added. "I'm just glad nobody was hurt."
Other high-profile people, including James Corden and Chrissy Teigen, were among the first to offer their public support to Kim. Early Monday morning, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star was gagged, bound and held at gunpoint as thieves stole $10 million in jewels and other personal effects. Police in Paris are investigating the case, while Kim has upped her security.
The social media superstar has silenced herself in light of the crime, but Caitlyn Jenner spoke out about it via Instagram Tuesday. "Love my girl! After hearing the full story, I'm so thankful she's okay," she wrote. "It's a reminder for us all to be careful in the uncertainty of this world."
Right after the robbery, Kim's mother, Kris Jenner, assured E! News her daughter "will be OK."
Meanwhile, Kim's older sister Kourtney Kardashian shared her support Thursday by taking a photo of her daily devotional book and sharing it on Twitter. "Remember that joy is not dependent on your circumstances. Some of the world's most miserable people are those whose circumstances seem the most enviable. People who reach the top of the ladder career-wise are often surprised to find emptiness awaiting them. True Joy is a by-product of living in My Presence. Therefore you can experience it in palaces, in prisons…anywhere," the quote read. "Do not judge a day as devoid of Joy just because it contains difficulties. Instead, concentrate on staying in communication with Me. Many of the problems that clamor for your attention will resolve themselves. Other matters you must deal with, but I will help you with them. If you make problem-solving secondary to the goal of living close to Me, you can find joy even in your most difficult days." It included two bible verses: Habakkuk 3:17-19 and 1 Chronicles 16:27.
