The celebrity face tattoos that make you question their owner's sanity
Last weekend, Justin Bieber shared a picture (second left) on his Instagram account that suggests that he has joined a very elite (and somewhat dubious) club of celebrities: those who have decided to get their faces tattooed.

Bieber's new ink, a small - almost invisible - cross at the corner of his eye, was apparently done at the West 4th Tattoo Parlor in New York City.
Celebrity tattoo artist Jonboy, who says he gave the 22-year old singer his first face tattoo, reported that the symbol "represents [Bieber's] journey in finding purpose with God.”
